Restaurant reopens at a new location. The new Pink Flamingo site is close to its old home.

“Its a new building and a new location in the islands’ business district,” says owner Sal Diblasi, with a generous amount of pride. “But the menu has not changed.”

As in the past, grouper sandwiches, fruit plates, and the crab cakes benedict from the breakfast menu, remain among the most ordered. Breakfast dishes range from a one egg-potatoes-toast plate at $2.85 to the crab cake benedict at $6.95. Most of the hot and cold lunch plates,including soup and salad combinations range between $5 and $7.

Wednesday through Friday 7:00 am to 2:30 pm

Saturday and Sunday 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
